Japanese Support Staff Vacancy

Due to the rapid growth of our business, FXOptimax is now planning to expand its services to Japan, reaching the Japanese traders to experience our excellent forex trading environment. For this reason, we would like to recruit additional staff for our Japanese support, who will serve all the questions coming from Japanese clients, and also handle the company's development in the Japanese market.

Support Officer Job Description:

  • Meet and greet Japanese clients or potential clients via our online chat platform
  • Handle all questions and complaints from our Japanese clients
  • Explain FXOptimax' benefits to prospective clients
  • Forward the complaints that cannot be solved directly to the other related departments, so we can follow up to the issue immediately
  • Handle FXOptimax' development in the Japanese market

Required qualifications:

  • Has good knowledge about forex and online trading
  • Has enough experience in using computer and online chat
  • Speaks Japanese fluently, both in oral and writing
  • Speaks English fluently, both in oral and writing
  • Has online time for at least 8 hours a day, from Monday to Friday
  • Has warm and approachable manners

Business Development Executives

The main role is handling business development activities and enquiries in relation to potential clients, especially retail clients, and provide support to our existing clients within a South East Asia region. This job will involve lot of contacting clients, including email correspondences, live chat and phone calls. Some travelling may be needed.

Job Description:

  • Proactive sales to existing clients and potential clients
  • Contact leads, follow up clients, answer phone calls, live chat and conduct other sales and support related tasks.
  • Research local market, plan and run local advertising campaigns.

Required qualifications:

  • Has at least 3 years of experience in similar position (sales/BDE) within similar industry (forex brokerage or financial industry)
  • UBusiness or marketing or finance degree
  • Customer oriented, motivated, committed, presentable and has good team work
  • Strong sales and communication skills
  • Excellent oral and written English skills
  • Additional languages (Chinese, Malaysian, Indonesian, Thailand, Vietnamese) provide advantage
  • Full time working at business hours (GMT+8), has decent connectivity (internet and phone)
  • Understand the basic of foreign exchange market and industry
